Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.
Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳12,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering count is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.
General terms applicable to all bonuses:
- A bonus that is not claimed within a specified time limit will be cancelled.
- Creating or operating accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses is prohibited.
- If a member violates the bonus policy, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

VIP Program
The 588ff VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
VIP tier upgrades depend on the member's activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.
588ff reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure, benefits, or eligibility criteria as needed. Members will be notified in a timely manner of any changes.
Gaming Rules

- Extended inactivity (no activity over a specified period of time).
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
A member may also request closure of their account at any time. In that case, any valid remaining balance will be withdrawable, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements.
